Job Description

Salary: $31,200 - 62,400 per year Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hotel or similar environment preferable.
• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Trade license preferred in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.
• Valid drivers license required for the applicable state.
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record (MVR) that is property-specific is required.

• Support the operational maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Replace light bulbs and perform preventive maintenance in guest rooms, including vinyl repairs, minor touch-up painting, and furniture repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on ice machines, refrigerators, kitchen equipment, laundry appliances, HVAC systems, guest rooms, meeting rooms, swimming pool, and hot tubs.
• Execute plumbing repairs, laundry equipment maintenance, and preventive upkeep on all exhaust fans and supplies; monitor energy conservation efforts; repair vacuum cleaners and other small equipment as requested.
• Promptly respond to alarms to ascertain the location and cause, assess emergency status, and communicate findings to the Front Desk.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
